TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices are VAT included. Shipping costs are excluded. Each order will be issued with an invoice that can be used as a document proving the validity of the warranty. The invoice will be sent with the purchased product or via e-mail. The warranty on all products is 24 months, except for some products for which it is 36 months (indicated in the product data sheet concerned).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Fisiostore.it offers its customers the guarantee of satisfaction or refunded. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can send them back. You will be refunded as provided for by the regulations in force.

The law provides for a useful period to take advantage of the right of withdrawal quantified in 14 days from receipt of the goods. To use this warranty, simply follow the following procedure:

The products must be intact, placed in their original packaging and with suitable sealed outer packaging.

The transport costs are to be borne by the customer.

You can also choose whether or not:

Replace the goods with another product

Receive a voucher for the value of the return.

Have the money credited by bank transfer.

In the case of defective goods on delivery, the collection and delivery costs are at the expense of Fisiostore.it.
